From the minute you see a Bali Puri Gelis home you get a sense of substance, a sense of quality and a sense of an elegant home design both practical as well as stylish, the houses are large, they are high and they are built off the ground.

• They are high because it allows the rooms to filter natural air as they have been built in the knowledge that hot air rises.  

• They are off the ground due to the fact that during the wet season the ground will become immensely damp. As such we protect our homes from the water levels that Bali sits upon. we do this in many ways.

1. We build high
2. We use the latest Damp proof technology
3. We build our foundations out of Concrete blocks mixed with additive and steel.
4. We always use a plastic membrane when laying the floors when the floor sits on the ground.

• Our homes are to be enjoyed the living space is attractive and useful as great thought as gone into the design made on the home and people's needs. The design is not based on the plot shape - making for silly rooms with hidden corners rendering the room useless.

• All our properties are based on a villa concept and airy, light and comfortable to live and to entertain friends within.

• The electric system is based on a villa concept with ample power points, hotel lighting and switching (for instance: the light to the upstairs TV room can be switched from the bottom of the stairs as well as the top - so this area can be switched on from the bottom and then switched off at the top etc..).

•  All our properties have western kitchens, flush fitting hobs and sinks and some will come with ovens, both microwave and convection.

• All the house are built from redbrick, all are sealed from the rain using the latest technology.

Our homes are to be enjoyed as well as to be comfortable.  Indonesia is changing, its pace of life is becoming faster it is with this mind that we have embarked on this level of quality in order to make the lives of the busy family to be more enjoyable and comfortable whilst living in one of our homes.
